Hello
We are a four-person flatshare and unfortunately, Flavio is leaving us after 7 years, our beautiful home, and now we are looking for a new roommate. (He is moving in with his wonderful partner - what a cheek!)
Our 5.5 room apartment is a penthouse with a green terrace and a beautiful view. We have a spacious dining-living room.
With us, we draw, cook, and chill a lot. Sometimes together, sometimes alone, sometimes with guests. We are a flatshare that enjoys sitting together on the balcony and enjoying the evening, but there is no obligation to join; everything is possible, nothing is a must. We are happy if you clean up after yourself, but we don't expect you to eat off the floor.
Your room:
A nice spacious room (a little more than 15 m2) with a large window and real wooden floor. Your only natural enemy in your room is the church bell (not mega loud). Otherwise, we hardly hear the street.
We are:
Lou (32) works as a youth worker and branch manager in an awareness/safety company, always accompanied by Mara, Lou is always up for a deep conversation. If Lou has the energy to cook, you can look forward to it - because Lou cooks super Asian food. Awareness is not just a job for Lou but a deep attitude. Due to her night work, Lou is a night owl.
Mara (8) is Lou's dog. Mara is a small dachshund mix from Romania. In the flatshare, she behaves more like a non-intrusive cat. She is respectful and friendly and greets you joyfully when you come home (if she is not too lazy to get up).
Fedor (27) has been living in the flatshare for a few months. Fedor comes from Russia and is here to do his master's in architecture. When he is not studying, he spends time with his partner or explores Europe or hikes in the mountains.
Lexi (32) is our second night owl; she often has an audiobook in her ear and loves her cappuccino in the morning. She studies at HSLU DFK and works as a painter. Lexi had to leave her beloved Zurich for her studies, but the flatshare is dear to her heart. (Whether we will let her leave Lucerne again after her studies, we do not know yet, as she is also very dear to us)
We are looking for a person who is open to different day and night rhythms. Any form of discrimination has no place with us.
