About the apartment/location:

We have a room to rent in our shared apartment. The 5.5 room apartment is located in Wittigkofen, on the 22nd floor (with elevator).

In the basement, we have enough space.

The apartment is equipped with a large kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Of course, the balcony and the large terrace are also included. Nearby, there is a Denner, a fitness center, and a Coop. With tram 8, you can reach the city center in 22-23 minutes. By bike, it takes about 20 minutes to Ostermundigen. It is quiet, close to nature, with a great view. The apartment is well insulated and open. Wittigkofen has enough parking spaces and is equipped with a parking garage.

We are looking for:

No matter what gender, origin, or sexuality you have, you will feel welcome. Age between 25 - 30. You should be open, somewhat tidy, humorous, relaxed, and communicative. If you could bring a dining table, that would be great. We are not a purpose-driven shared apartment, so an occasional shared evening is very welcome. Smokers are of course welcome. If you cook, that would be a bonus ;)
