Single room for rent - 8037 Zürich, Dammstrasse 21

Hello dear flat seekers,

We have from 15.07.2025 a room available in our cozy shared flat in Zurich Wipkingen! Weekly residents are slightly preferred ;-)

The location couldn't be better: The Wipkinger train station is right outside the door, and in just 2 minutes on foot you are at the Limmat – perfect for a dip in the water or relaxing walks. Shopping facilities and top connections are also just around the corner.

The room is about 16 m²! There is no separate living area, as all rooms are rented out. Balcony and dining table are connected to the occupied living room and can be used when absent.
Now and then having a cool drink together and grilling on the balcony is also possible :-)

Furniture is more or less already all there :-)

We, the future roommates, are Rebecca (29, everything related to sports) and Ivo (35, software developer). We are both employed, quite relaxed, and make sure that the shared flat remains reasonably tidy. Consideration for sleep hygiene is also part of our routine – even if it gets a bit late.
