The room is 19.5m2 in size and has its own bathroom with shower and WC.

The apartment on the 5th floor offers direct access to a private rooftop terrace with views over the Hardbrücke and into the mountains. There is an elevator in the building. However, the rooftop terrace is only accessible via stairs.

Kitchen and entrance area are shared with another roommate, as well as a third room that is expected to remain unoccupied until the end of September.

The kitchen has a modern induction stove with two cooking zones, a dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is no oven.

Until recently, the room was used as an office. Since our rental contract runs until the end of September, we are now renting it out temporarily.

Rent includes utilities, electricity, and cleaning. A washing machine is not available.

A second similar room is also available. You can also take both. The apartment has a total of 3 showers and WCs. They would all be yours :-)
