Since I'm moving into a new WG, a room will be free from May 1st.
The room is approx. 18 m^2, unfurnished, but with a huge built-in wardrobe, in a 100 m^2 apartment with a washing machine. And built-in wardrobes everywhere. The rent is 900 CHF per month.
What makes the apartment special:
Besides the top location – directly between Welle and Kocherpark (only 5 minutes walk to the train station) – our highlight is the huge balcony with approx. 70 m^2.
Your future roommate:
Fabian (28) works part-time as a class teacher in a 6th grade class and studies at the PH.
What Fabian says about himself:
“In my free time I like to travel and discover the world. My friends are very important to me and I like to spend my free time with joint activities. I like to cook, watch good movies and don't want a purely utilitarian WG. I appreciate cooking together, chatting over a glass of wine and living in a cozy atmosphere. Teamwork in the household is a matter of course for me and open communication is very important.”
