• Diverse restaurants, bars, and shopping options right at your doorstep
• Excellent public transport connections: tram, bus, and Zurich main station reachable in a few minutes
• Close to cultural highlights like the Toni-Areal and the Kunsthaus

• 1240 CHF - the medium-sized room

We, NextGen Properties 🎯, are a co-living provider and offer shared apartments and co-living in a total of 7 Swiss cities. 🏘️

In our already over 130 shared apartments, more than 300 young people live - including students, apprentices, but also doctoral candidates and already employed young people! 👨🏼‍🎓

Our goal and mission is to offer easier and faster access to flexible housing options and thus ensure that everyone in Switzerland who is looking for a shared room will actually find one! 😊
