Single room for rent - 8304 Wallisellen

Starting July 1, 2025, I am looking for a new roommate for my 3.5 room apartment in Wallisellen. Still available for rent (as of 15.4.25).

Info about the room:
The room is located on the upper floor of the apartment on the street-facing side, making it very quiet. It is unfurnished but has a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of space. The area is approximately 16 m2.

Info about the entire apartment:
The apartment has a large living room, two bathrooms (1x bathtub + WC and 1x WC), and a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a small storage room, which contains a washing machine and a dryer that can be used at any time. On the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located, the passage can also be used as an office, as it has a shelf (see picture). Additionally, the apartment also has a garden seating area. All common areas can of course be used without restriction.

Location:
The apartment is only about a 5-minute walk from Wallisellen train station. From there, you can reach Zurich main station in about 10 minutes by train. Shopping facilities and the large Glatt shopping center are also within walking distance.

About me and what I am looking for:
My name is Pascal and I am 27 years old. Professionally, I work as a primary school teacher and am also studying psychology at the University of Zurich. In my free time, I do a lot of sports (Crossfit, courses at ASVZ, etc.) and sing weekly in a choir.
Basically, I am more interested in a purpose-driven shared apartment, as I am often on the go. However, I am not opposed to joint activities such as cooking or watching movies.
