We are 8 young professionals living in a large house in Lausanne near CHUV.

A room will be available at the beginning of September 2025. The room is 25 m2, with a dressing room and built-in closet, bright, with 3 windows facing East-South
Price: 1250 CHF/month including charges
Condition: must be able to sign the lease (last 3 pay slips or employment contract).

- Large common areas on the ground floor
- 500 m2 garden ?
- Carpentry workshop

- Remy, 31 years old, has so many hobbies and projects that sometimes he doesn't touch the ground. He is always up for freeing up time after his work as a landscape architect for mountain trips or other activities with roommates. Sharing is essential to his well-being, it is rare to see him alone.
- Coco, 30 years old, physiotherapist, practices slacklining, climbing, and mountain activities in general. Often up for a beer, listening to music, mixing, cooking?
- Chris, smiling and full of humor. Doctor. Called by the mountains, he shares his passion and ensures moments that are as splendid as they are safe. He cooks fries like no one else.
- Laurène, 33 years old, green spaces engineer, loves climbing, taking care of her social circle, sharing meals, and chatting.
- Celia, 34 years old, landscape architect, often in her community garden or hiking in the mountains, is the reason for the regular appearance of new plants in the house.
- Ivan, 28 years old, environmental engineer, particularly in hydraulics. A fan of hiking, running, beach volleyball, and the sun in general when it shines outside, he also enjoys games of all kinds and drinks. Passionate about scouting since the age of 8, he likes to invest in community and associative life.
- Romain, 32 years old, architect, passionate about mountains, hiking, climbing, lakes, cycling, improvisation, a happy handyman for van fittings in the basement.
