We would like to explain what to expect from us:
Our listing refers to a room on the second floor of our shared apartment. The shared apartment is part of an old mansion in the second row to Lake Zurich in Rapperswil-Jona. The Rapperswil city center is 10 minutes away. The train stations Rapperswil, Kempraten, and Jona are easily reachable on foot, as well as many shopping opportunities in Sonnenhof (shopping center) around the corner.
The room is very well designable and is quiet, facing away from the street.

On the same floor are your bathroom and several options outside your premises for storage. This way, you can furnish your room with the essential things.
Together with you, we live on this floor with three people.

On the first floor of our shared apartment, there are 3 balconies, the shared kitchen, and a common room. Both rooms are freely designable and always welcome new input. For example, we have already furnished the common room with cozy seating options, a piano, a projector, a large communal table, etc.
On this floor, there are two more roommates. So we come together to a household of five people spread over 2 floors and more than 8 rooms.

Included in the rent are:

The stated rent is net, and there are no additional costs.

About Us:
We are 20-32 years old, three students at OST and a software developer. We are open to spontaneous joint activities like barbecuing or game nights, but we also appreciate peace and respect the privacy of each roommate.

We are looking for:
A friendly, uncomplicated person who has a sense of order and cleanliness. Approximately our age and a non-smoker.
