We (two people) offer a shared room in the center of Weinfelden. The available room is spacious, but has sloping ceilings which should be considered. (See pictures)

What we can offer you:
The apartment has 5 rooms, 3 of which can be used communally:

• Kitchen
• Dining room
• Bathroom/WC

A laundry room is also available in the attic. This is shared with only one other party and there is no fixed washing schedule. (very flexible and easy to use)

A parking space can be rented in consultation with the administration.
There are no fixed parking spaces available at the house.

Shopping facilities and public transport are within a radius of 3-4 minutes.

The highlight of the apartment: It has a roof terrace, which is intended for communal use in the house. (approx. 30sqm area) The view extends far beyond Weinfelden and as far as the Alps. Beautiful sunsets with the right ambience are pre-programmed.

Important notes:
Three young parties live in the house. Since the apartment is located in the heart of Weinfelden, it is also to be expected with events and mostly bearable noise.

Pets possible by arrangement.
