The apartment is modern and fully equipped. The highlight is the huge rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing, grilling, or hanging out together – it's the heart of the flat, especially in summer.

Your future flatmates:
Dion is a PhD student from the US (German-speaking), and Dan will be moving in this June. You would be joining as the third flatmate in this newly forming WG.

Costs & Details:
• Rent: 1,366 CHF/month (including parking)
• Deposit: 2,624 CHF
• A box spring bed and a shelf must be purchased for 500 CHF

We're looking for someone friendly, responsible, and sociable – whether you're working or studying. It's not a party flat, but we enjoy spending time together every now and then, especially on the terrace.
