Single room for rent - 8405 Winterthur, Grünmattstrasse 2

We are Livia (24), Luca (24), and Sascha (24) and are looking for an open roommate from August to December.

About us:
Livia: Studies law and works part-time in a law firm in Winterthur. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and Muay Thai and loves to enjoy sunny days on our beautiful large terrace.
Luca: Studies business administration and works part-time at a bank. In his free time, he is active in the gymnastics club and enjoys spending time with friends.
Sascha: Also studies business administration and works part-time in a fiduciary office. In his free time, he can often be found as a referee on the football field.
Patric: Is our 4th WG member, but he is going abroad for a semester from August to December, so we are looking for a subtenant during this time.

About the room:
The room is 12.9 m2 large and furnished. It has direct access to our beautiful terrace through the large windows, which almost goes around the whole apartment.

About the WG:
We have 2 bathrooms and a private laundry room with a washing machine & dryer.
