Single room for rent - 8405 Winterthur

WG room available from September to December 2025

I am renting my cozy WG room for seven months. During your time, you would be living with my two lovely roommates, both of whom work full-time and are very easygoing.

The apartment offers everything you need to feel comfortable:

• a large, well-equipped kitchen
• a bright living room
• shower and bathtub for shared use
• your own washing machine and dryer
• an additional office/guest room that you are welcome to use
• a balcony (which will be renovated in spring – hence currently no picture)

The additional costs are not included in the price, as they can vary slightly. So far, they have been a maximum of 30 CHF per month (billing occurs every three months).

The location is great: In the immediate vicinity, you will find various shopping options (Denner, Migros, Aldi) and very good public transport connections. Two different bus lines and a train station are within a 5-10 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly – perfect for unwinding after a long day. The forest is also about a 10-minute walk away and invites you to walk or jog.
