A bright and spacious bedroom is available in our apartment starting June 2, 2025. The rental duration is unlimited, with a minimum stay required until September 30, 2025. The room shown in the attached pictures is the one you would be taking over. Furniture can be purchased from the current tenant if desired.
The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of Bahnhof Altstetten and the tram stop for line 27, offering excellent public transport connections:

• 20 minutes to ETH Hönggerberg
• 25–20 minutes to Zürich Hauptbahnhof (HB)

You'll be sharing the apartment (including the living room) with one flatmate – me. I am looking for someone responsible and reliable. Please note:

• The rental contract is shared, so you will sign directly with the rental company.
• The rental company will assess your application, and only candidates with a steady income will be considered.
• Students enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's programs are not eligible, but PhD candidates are welcome to apply.
