Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur, Eichgutstrasse 2

Hey there :)

I am moving out, so we're looking for someone new to join our lovely 4-person flatshare starting June 1st.
If you are interested, you would be living the life with:
– Naim, our trustworthy engineer, who is always down for sharing some of his gourmet dinners
– Marc, our PhD student in mechanical engineering, who rather seeks his culinary highs at the nearest kebab place
– Lorraine, who works as a nurse and occasionally takes care of the WG wounds as well!
We're a friendly and relaxed bunch who enjoy the occasional dinners & evenings together, but also have our own schedules and respect each other's space. We like to keep things clean & cozy with our weekly cleaning tasks, as well as the support of our lovely cleaning lady every 3-weeks.

Regarding the room: It is 22.3 m², bright with 2 windows, and part of a modern flat. We share a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and tumbler, and a nice common area. Oh, and don't worry if you're always running late - you can literally catch the train by hopping in the elevator directly from our apartment just 3 minutes before departure!
