You'll have full access to the kitchen, including your own fridge space and storage area, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Parking may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

The apartment is in a building where quiet and mutual respect are essential. Only candidates who can respect this environment and basic house rules will be considered.

The room is available from August 1, 2025, and is for one person only. Viewings are mandatory. If still interested afterward, the application dossier must include:

• Proof of income or the last 3 salary slips
• Previous rental references, if available

For EU/EFTA citizens arriving in Switzerland for the first time, support with settlement formalities can be offered for a fee. A 2-month rent deposit is required. Minimum rental period: 12 months, renewable yearly (1-month trial period).
