Single room for rent - 1964 Conthey

I am renting two partially furnished or unfurnished rooms in a furnished 4.5 room apartment on the 3rd and top floor with an elevator.

The apartment has a large balcony, a fireplace, a bathroom with washing and drying machines, a shower room, a cellar, and two parking spaces, one of which is in a garage.

We only come to the apartment at noon for meals with my two boys, on Wednesday afternoons and in the evening after school. We do not sleep on site.

The neighbors are very nice and pets are welcome.
