Large shared accommodation in an old hotel - seeking female roommates!

Location: Les Mayens de Sion
Rent: approx. 500.- including charges (indicative)
Availability: two large rooms with balcony available between the end of July and the end of August.

We live in a large shared accommodation nestled in an old hotel, the Résidence des Plans, at 1300m altitude, 20 minutes by car from Sion. We are currently 9 adults (aged approximately 21 to 47) and two cats, and we are looking for female roommates to join the adventure.
(If possible, no additional pets, especially no dogs.)

The Résidence des Plans includes:

- 10 rooms (with sink, the two available have a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Rhône plain and the mountains)
- 4 showers and 4 toilets (shared on the floors)
- 1 laundry room and several spaces to dry clothes
- 1 large main kitchen and 3 small floor kitchens
- 1 dining room and 1 large living room
- 1 dance, meditation, music, and office room
- 1 sauna
- 1 common attic with two guest rooms
- 1 garden and a permaculture greenhouse
- 1 workshop for DIY
- Several outdoor relaxation areas

What we offer:
We are keen to share moments of meeting and common activities in a paradisiacal setting, conducive to a warm and enriching community life.
Life at the Résidence requires a certain investment: we all participate in the maintenance of the place, whether in the garden, for cleaning, during meetings (2x/month), or through a monthly day dedicated to various small tasks.
Each person takes on a small series of responsibilities chosen in agreement with the group.

The organization is flexible and can be adapted to everyone's needs. We operate horizontally: everything concerning the house and communal life is decided together during meetings.

What we are looking for:
Two open-minded, respectful, friendly, and motivated individuals to live in a collective dynamic.

The rent is shared in a solidarity manner: the more of us there are, the lower it gets. The amount of 500.- is given as an indicative figure.
