I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in our 3-person shared flat, as I'll be going on an exchange semester. The rental period is from 02.09.2025 until 31.01.2026.
Who you'll be living with:
You'll share the flat with Max (Bachelor Student) and another subtenant. We're looking for easygoing, open-minded people who enjoy relaxed shared living. Ideally also students or interns aged 18-26.
About the flat:

• 3rd floor
• Fully furnished
• Spacious living room with TV, Wii, and PlayStation
• Kitchen with dishwasher and all necessary appliances
• Bathroom with washing machine and dryer

Your room:

• Bed
• shelf, 2 sideboards and a clothing rack
• Adjustable desk and a monitor

Location:

• 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop
• 5 minutes walk to "Marktplatz" (City Center)
• 10 minutes walk to the University of St. Gallen (HSG)
• 8 minutes by bus to the main train station
• 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store

Rent:

• 540 CHF month
