The room is available from July 2nd, is 20 sqm in size, and faces north. It comes optionally furnished and is rented without a fixed term. Since this is the smallest room in the flat, you'll have a built-in wardrobe in the hallway exclusively for your use, giving you more space for everything else in the room.
Rent: 680 CHF/month, unfurnished/ furnished possible, unlimited term, available from July 2nd.

Location of the flat:
2nd floor
•⁠ ⁠University: 7 minutes on foot (halfway up the hill), 3 minutes to the Olma Messen bus line and 3 minutes to the Dufourstrasse line, so you never have to walk uphill when heading to or from town.
•⁠ ⁠The market square is a 20-minute walk.
•⁠ ⁠Migros, Denner & Lidl are also 20 minutes away on foot.
The house is located in a blue parking zone. If you have a car, you can get a resident permit for 40 CHF per month.
Rent includes internet, utilities, electricity and water.
Your flatmates are all Master's students and speak Swiss German/German, as well as English of course.

Facilities:
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The dishwasher and fridge were replaced in 2022. There's additional space for you in the built-in wardrobes in the hallway. Bathroom and toilet are separate, which makes shared living with four people very relaxed. The 20 sqm living room opens up to a large balcony with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the city and Säntis mountain. We often cook together in the evenings, grill in the summer, go out or do things together.
The washing machine and dryer are in the basement. There's no fixed schedule since the machines are only shared between three households, so there's always enough availability.
All neighbours are quiet and friendly – we've never had any issues in the past three years.
