Single room for rent - 3013 Bern, Greyerzstrasse 19

From July 2025 (ideally), room(s) in flatshare in Bern Breitenrein, 3.5 rooms, 2 balconies, close to Botanischer Garten and Viktoriaplatz.
My current housemate (which is the main tenant) is moving out. I look for a co-tenant to take over together the flat. There are two rooms available, I am open for both a person taking 1 room (850 CHF) – which means we will have a shared living room – or 2 rooms (1050 CHF). See the attached plan - to be discussed during visits.
I am 34 years old, from Ticino, speaking Italian/French/English, a bit of hochdeutsch but not my best skill. I am currently finishing a PhD at the University of Bern and am a researcher/visual/artist filmmaker. I have a lot of experiences in houseshares, now I would like to find someone with which I could have a good vibe and just calm times, with some shared interests but also valuing our own personal time.
