From June, a room is available at Florastrasse 19 in St. Gallen. For June/July, possibly longer.
My roommate Anja and I live here in a 5 1/2-room apartment (with an extra guest room).
The apartment is charming and conveniently located in the city (Capelli bakery, city park, Kaffi Franz in immediate vicinity). It takes about ten minutes to walk to the train station, faster by bus (bus stop around the corner).
To the university, it's just under fifteen minutes. The apartment is well-equipped, the guest room mainly serves as a laundry room when not in use, a spacious living room (wooden walls) with dining table, sofa, and small balcony provides coziness, and the kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The rent is affordable, calculation: total rent calculated with living space, depending on the room.
The rent for the room would be 600. Viewings are possible.
I/we would particularly appreciate a person who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere at home; occasionally welcomes guests; sometimes feels like cooking together, and perhaps occasionally enjoys a glass of wine.
In the kitchen and living room, there are: relaxed or animated conversations about politics and culture and above all good culinary experiences 😉.
About me: I am writing my PhD here in St. Gallen, have my office in the city, am often into sports, but also like to be here. I am interested in literature, theater, music, and science, but also in all sorts of things.
