We are renting a beautiful, furnished room in our 180 m² shared apartment. The room is 19 m² and equipped with a bed, a desk with a chair, and a wardrobe.

The Apartment
Our apartment is located on the top floor of a quiet house with nice neighbors. It is divided into two levels:

• Upstairs: Large living room (including TV), kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher and oven) and guest toilet.
• Downstairs: The bedrooms and two bathrooms.
  Additionally, we have:
• A private cellar compartment with washing machine and dryer
• A drying room
• An elevator

The Shared Apartment
We are currently four guys and one girl, all students in different years (Assessment, Bachelor, Master). The free room belonged to one of the guys who has completed his studies.
Our shared apartment is rather quiet, but we occasionally eat together and exchange ideas. From time to time we invite friends over, but overall we keep it relaxed and tidy.

Location
The apartment is ideally located:

• 6 minutes on foot to the train station
• Direct bus connection to the University of St. Gallen (bus stop with 6 lines right in front of the door, only 30 seconds away)
• Migros and Aldi are within a few minutes' walk
• Several restaurants (pizzerias, Asian, döner) are also nearby
• Parking options are available
  Despite the central location, there is no noise disturbance from cars, trains, or neighbors.

Rent and Availability

• Rent: 656 CHF (including additional costs)
• The furniture in the room will be sold at a flat rate by the previous tenant (by arrangement).
• The room is available from 01.06.2025, an earlier or later handover is possible by arrangement.
