The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 4 minutes walk from Renens train station and 5 minutes from EPFL by metro. A Migros (open from 6 am to 11 pm) as well as a large Migros are three minutes away, just like the bus stop of line 33 (Epenex, Pont Bleu), which is located right at the foot of the building.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with my roommate Marin, 25 years old.

Takeover of the rental contract from mid-October, with guarantee or proof of solvency. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, but I can also sell the bed and the small wardrobe if needed.
The rental contract ends on 31.08.2026, and an extension could be considered by the management, subject to their approval.
