Since I unexpectedly found a cooperative apartment that I have been waiting for a long time, I am moving out of my very nice 2-person shared apartment between the train station and Schmiede Wiedikon. The apartment has a total of 4 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 dining room, 1 living room), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. There are also two balconies and a cellar compartment. You can almost always do laundry in the shared laundry room. The available room is about 22m2 large and nicely bright.

David (he would be your new roommate) has been living in the apartment for several years, is 43 years old, always in a good mood, very easy-going in living together, and is also up for a beer together.

The move-in date is possible between mid-August and September 1st. It might even be possible as early as the end of July, which will be clarified in the next few days. If interested, a 1.40 bed could be taken over for free. If you are interested, it would be nice if you could introduce yourself briefly.
