Single room for rent - 8004 Zürich

My friend and I (both 37) are looking for a roommate for 10-12 months, as I will be abroad for 10 months. Move-in is possible from July 1st or by arrangement.

We have a preference for climbing, houseplants, and vegetarian home-cooked meals, are non-smokers, and have no pets (and unfortunately, the latter must remain so due to allergies).

We will rearrange our bright apartment a bit before my departure, so it becomes a perfect shared flat again. The apartment is already familiar with this - I lived there with two others before I made it my nest with my girlfriend. Your 24m2 large room is fully furnished and has its own balcony with afternoon and evening sun and a view of Üetliberg. Since I will be using the room as a photo studio until then, you can help decide what should be included and what not - probably most (if not all) of what you need (bed 140x200, desk, bookshelf, dresser, lamps, wardrobe, yoga mat, ...).

The kitchen is large enough to cook extensively and eat together as four. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for all residents to use. On one side of the street is Fritschiwiese, on the other is Bullingerhof. So there is no shortage of greenery in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, you can comfortably reach the main station in 10 minutes by bike (7-8 minutes if you're in a hurry).

Internet and additional costs are included in the rent.
