Single room for rent - 7000 Chur, Rheinstrasse 169

My name is Fabienne, I study Multimedia Production at FHGR and will spend the upcoming semester abroad. Therefore, I am subletting my room until early February.

Our Shared Apartment
We are a 4-person shared apartment (1 male, 3 female, all in their early/mid 20s). The first room is occupied by two people. The young woman is studying at the PH in Chur and the man works at the traffic office. The second room belongs to another young PH student. We enjoy chatting together and, if time allows, doing something together. However, you can also retreat to our shared apartment, there will definitely be enough space.

The Room
You can use my furniture while you live here. However, I will take the carpet and the plants with me. Otherwise, it looks exactly like in the pictures. It is a small but nice room and has everything you need :)
