Hello everyone :) In our beautiful 4-person shared apartment in Winterthur, Dättnau, 2 shared rooms of 15 sqm will be available from 31.08.25.

We, Oscar 34 from Spain and Daniel 32 from Germany, are looking for YOU as future long-term flatmates :). Our beautiful maisonette apartment on 2 floors is located in the lovely Winterthur Dättnau. The apartment is up to date and is right next to nature.

Oskar and I are two very relaxed people who enjoy sitting together, eating, and chatting, while also valuing our privacy.

Oskar works as a business consultant and speaks English and Spanish. I work as a carpenter and speak German and English.

We are looking for 2 nice people who are open-minded, funny, tidy, independent, and reliable. You should also have an interest in social living and enjoy good humor.

Due to negative experiences, it is a prerequisite for us that you have a stable job or a verifiable income.

The rooms are identical in size and layout.

The rent is 760.- including internet, Serafe, electricity, and water.

A deposit of 2000 CHF is required before moving in.
