My roommate is leaving my apartment on June 30, 2025.
I am looking for a roommate to take over his room from July 1, 2025 or to be agreed upon. The apartment is 83m2 (3.5 rooms), it is spacious and all day in the sun, with a full view of the lake. It is located in Lausanne.
Location:
-10 min walk from the train station and 15 min from the city center
-1 minute from bus number 6.
-5 minutes from number 1 and 25.
-10 minutes from the M2 (Délice or Gare)
-3 min from the Maladière motorway entrance (by car).
-15 min from EPFL and UNIL by bike.
-20 min from Vidy Med on foot.
Regarding shops, it is less than 10 min walk from a Post Office, a Coop, a Migros and a Pharmacy. For leisure and walks, it is 5 min from Milan park and 10/15 from the lake, always on foot.
The apartment has:
- 2 bedrooms including yours (the room is unfurnished, but there is the possibility of recovering the existing furniture, to be discussed during the visit)
- a separate toilet and bathroom. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a washing machine + drying machine
- A kitchen with dishwasher
- A large living room with dining room
- 2 large balconies
- 1 cellar
- 2 parking spaces under the building in a garage
I am looking for a person who:
- likes to share moments together (meals, beer on the balcony in the sun or evening with friends/games/movies)
- respectful
- Appreciates laughter and is rather open-minded.
- Likes to cook
-Organized and very very attached to cleanliness and tidiness
- Does not have animals (I have a cat)
Rent: 1?350 with parking space or 1?200 without parking space (charges and internet included in both prices).
