I’m leaving my room in our 2-person flatshare located in the Sous-Gare neighborhood (Grancy) as of September 1st, 2025. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and respectful person to take over my spot (lease takeover).
The apartment is ideally located, just 100 meters from Lausanne train station, in a very pleasant neighborhood with all amenities within walking distance.
It’s a bright, cross-ventilated apartment with a lake view.
You’ll be sharing the flat with my roommate, a 30-year-old engineer, musician, and sailing enthusiast.
The apartment is 75m² (4 rooms) and includes a kitchen/dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The available room comes with a spacious built-in wardrobe and two windows with views of the lake and mountains.
I can also leave behind a double bed (160x200cm) + mattress, a nightstand, and a desk if desired.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
You’ll also have access to a private cellar and a secure bike storage area, as well as a washing machine and dryer at a low cost (1 CHF per load).
The rent is CHF 1,120/month, including building charges and Wi-Fi
(+ CHF 100/month for other utilities: gas, electricity, internet, etc.).
