I am looking for a roommate for my very spacious penthouse apartment.

2 rooms of 17m2 each are for rent, located next to each other, one of them with a small balcony, both unfurnished.

A large bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet for sole use is included.

The large kitchen and living area as well as the really huge terraces are for shared use. A garage space can be rented for CHF 150.-/month.

Washing machine/dryer and WLAN internet are available, a share in the basement compartment is also available.

The rent is CHF 2250.- per month. A contribution for heating etc. is already included. The rooms are available from August 1st or possibly earlier.

I, m, 60, single, am employed and would describe myself as a positive, open-minded and uncomplicated person who likes to laugh. If you can say the same about yourself, you are also employed and have no pets, then I look forward to getting to know you.
