Do you want to live cheaply? Then this is your opportunity. I am renting a room in my 4-room apartment in Reichenburg SZ. You will not only share the apartment with me, male, Swiss, 42, but also with my Czech Wolfdog, so you should not be afraid of large dogs. I am a smoker, so smoking in the apartment is allowed, and if you are a non-smoker, it should not bother you. Preferably weekly tenants, or just for the address.

Deposit/rent deposit payable before or at the start of the rental (750Fr.).

Please 100% employed, German speaking, and aware that a large Wolfdog lives here. He is/can be wild and boisterous, and one must be able to handle that.

Room 600Fr. and 150Fr. every month for additional costs, such as electricity, parking, internet/tv, and tv apps.

The room can be furnished (140x200cm bed, and wardrobe) or unfurnished.

The kitchen, dining table/dining area, living room with large sofa and large (100 inch tv), balcony, and bathroom with bathtub are available for shared use. There is also a small cellar compartment, communal washing machine and dryer. A parking space in front of the house, and a large seating area in front of or rather behind the house for shared use with chimney/grill/table?
