I'm looking for a roommate (m/f/d) for a 3.5-room apartment near Oerlikon train station.
The available room is approximately 11.4 m², has a somewhat unconventional layout (5 corners), and has a large, floor-to-ceiling window with a view of greenery, open sky, and the neighboring house. However, the neighboring house is at an angle to the window, so it doesn't directly look into the room. The mattress in the photos is 160 cm wide and is intended to illustrate the dimensions - but it can also be used if needed.
The apartment includes 2 bedrooms; 1 shower/WC; 1 bathroom/WC with adjoining utility room (including laundry); a balcony; and a winter garden. as well as a bright dining/living area with an open, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, steamer, oven/microwave combo, refrigerator and freezer; pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, and a blender are also provided).
The building has an elevator (directly into the apartment). A basement storage compartment is also available.
