The Room:
In my shared apartment, a room of about 16 m² is available for subletting from June. Two large windows offer a view of greenery and ensure that the room is flooded with light.
A thick sliding door separates it from the living room. However, the sliding door can always remain closed and is opaque.
The room will be sublet unfurnished.

The Apartment:
The apartment is located in a quiet area near the Schönegg tram stop. By tram or bike, you can reach the main train station, Marzili, Eichholz, and Gurten in a few minutes.
The apartment is very modern and was renovated before my move-in (2023).
It has a large living room, a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a balcony, beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, and plenty of storage space in the entrance area.
The washing machine is located in the basement.

About Me:
My name is Jean-Michel, I am 29 years old, work as a primary school teacher at a school in Bern, and am looking for an outgoing, humorous person between 25 and 35 years old as a roommate.
In my free time, I enjoy playing football, cooking and eating, or meeting up with family and friends.

What I Wish For:
I value order and cleanliness in the common areas. I would be happy if we occasionally did something together or cooked together from time to time.
Otherwise, I also enjoy my personal space and wish for a relaxed cohabitation.
