Cleanliness and tidiness are high priorities for you, and you treat shared objects as if they were your property.
We are looking for a new roommate who does not see a shared apartment as a means to an end and is open to having dinner together once in a while.
Our shared apartment would be completed by an established roommate who has already passed the heyday of student flatshare parties, is a non-smoker, and values open and honest interaction with one another very much. Since our third flatmate is moving to London for a year, we are looking for someone who wants to stay for a year.

About us

We are Greek and Swedish-Polish young professionals in our golden twenties (Marianna 26 and Zuzanna 26) and are working in Research. Zuzanna is an active and outdoorsy person who loves to dance, but also enjoys quieter moments with a good book on a rainy day. Marianna is an outgoing person who likes sports, traveling, and also nice spontaneous moments with people. She values personal space and loves trying and sharing food.
We appreciate the respectful and attentive interaction and discussions about business, politics, sports, and many other topics. At the same time, we live with adequate privacy so that everyone has a peaceful haven.

Description of the flat

Our apartment is located in Wollishofen, right on the border of Adliswil and Kilchberg. The lake is about 10 minutes away by foot, the next bus stop can be reached by foot in 3 minutes, and almost ten supermarkets are within 5 minutes by car. You are on the highway in less than a minute, and jogging in a green environment is at the corner.
The apartment has two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a balcony that can be transformed into a winter garden through all-around glazing. There are also two laundry rooms and a cellar compartment. Your room is furnished, as seen in the picture. Moreover, there is a parking place in the garage available.
