Your future shared flat room is bright – in the morning the sun shines in and provides a relaxed start to the day ;). The living room is also large and bright, with a great view of Zurich and the Uetliberg. The balcony invites you to relax in the evening and enjoy the sunset. I only recently moved into the apartment – so you are welcome to contribute your own ideas and help shape it. The additional costs are 75.-/month per person.

Who will you be living with? I am an open, humorous and imaginative 37-year-old musician and teacher. After three years alone in district 4, I long for more peace and community.

I am not looking for a purely functional shared flat, nor a close friendship in the classic sense – something in between: On a scale of 1 (purely functional shared flat) to 10 (close friendship), I would perhaps wish for a 7: a respectful, open cohabitation, where you can exchange ideas in everyday life and eat together, but without expectations and with enough space for retreat.

The house is a special place for me. My grandmother lived here, I often visited her, and many beautiful memories are associated with it.

Besides the desire for community, it also makes financial sense for me to share the rent – alone it is unfortunately not affordable for me.

The apartment is rented for 2 years with the probability of extension.
