The apartment is located in a quiet and convenient area, close to public transportation and amenities.Only 9 minutes by train from Zurich HB. You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other friendly flatmates.

The room is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home.

The apartment features:

• 2 modern bathrooms
• Washing machine and dryer for your convenience
• Shared kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of storage space

Rent: CHF 1,000 per month

Duration: 4 months (May 1st - August 31st)

Security Deposit: 1 month's rent (CHF 1,000) due upon signing of the rental agreement

Additional one-time fee: CHF 150 for mailbox registration
