Additional costs, such as heating, water, electricity, elevator, are included in the rent. Toilet and shower are cleaned once a week by a cleaning company. The minimum rental period is 6 months, the notice period is 2 months. If the rental agreement is terminated within the first 6 months, a handling fee of Fr. 200.-- will be charged.
