Single room for rent - 1700 Fribourg, Rue Saint-Paul 13

Are you looking for a quiet and nice room in Fribourg? I am looking to sublet my guest room during the week, ideally for 3 nights per week (4 max, not on weekends). Ideal for doctoral students or students wishing to stay in Fribourg during the week. The room is located on Rue Saint-Paul, right in the heart of the Pérolles district, just behind Pérolles-Centre. It is available from June 30.

The room is furnished, and sheets can be used, as well as everything in the habitable kitchen. The price is 30.- per night. With 3 nights per week, that would be 360.- rent per month, with 4 nights 480.-. FINTA people (women, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender) are preferred and I am looking for someone who could ideally stay at least 6 months.
