Single room for rent - 1700 Fribourg, Route De La Fonderie 14

Bright room on the 6th floor in a 4-person shared flat for sublet, as I am going abroad. The room is rented furnished and includes a bed, wardrobe, desk, shelf, and some smaller pieces of furniture. The room is part of Apartis, so the tenant must be enrolled at a university or a university of applied sciences.
The room is about 11 m² and there is an elevator.
Exact move-in and move-out dates are negotiable; moving in from the end of August or beginning of September is also possible.
The flatmates mostly keep to themselves — there are three guys who all speak French and a little English, but people chat when they meet in the apartment.
