Single room for rent - 8003 Zürich, Kalkbreitestrasse 128

In our 3-person shared apartment in Wiedikon (Goldbrunnenplatz), a big room (approx. 20 sqm) will be available from around April 14th, 2025 (flexible, Easter would also be a good time). This room has its own balcony and it is located on the 5th floor with a large kitchen, balcony, and a living room with a projector and large couch. We recently bought a gas grill and are looking forward to cozy summer evenings on the balcony.

Neighborhood well connected with tram and bus stops Goldbrunnenplatz (lines 9, 14) and Zwinglihaus (lines 32, 72). We have a very friendly relationship with our neighbors (relaxed working WGs or young couples in their 30s). There is not a washing schedule, meaning you can do laundry whenever the washing machine is free. This includes a laundry room, Seccomat, and tumbler.

Now about us: We are Hernán (engineer) and Lena (biotech), both in our early 30s, and we are looking for a replacement for our flatmate Flurin. Lena has lived in the WG for 8 years, and Hernán has been here for 1 year. We speak English, German, Italian and Spanish. We value communal living, mutual respect, and prefer a clean, cozy, and relaxed home. We are both often out and about with active social lives. Otherwise, we do a lot of sports, ranging from padel, skiing (touring), gym, bouldering, road biking, to hiking and we like to venture to the nightlife here and there :)

We are looking for YOU (early 30s): you have your life sorted (do we ever?), see Zurich as your home, have a stable income, are easygoing, have experience living together with others, value cleanliness, and have something interesting to share. We look forward to hearing from you!
