Hello! We are Mélanie, Lea, and Cora, and a room is becoming available in our shared apartment of 4 starting July 1st. Our apartment is located in the beautiful and lively Eaux-Vives neighborhood in Geneva, just a few minutes' walk from the lake, the Jet d'Eau, Baby Plage, and the Parc de la Grange! The apartment, about 90 m², is on the 5th floor of a building and consists of a kitchen with a large dining table, an entrance hall and a corridor, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a shower. Your future room, measuring 16.3 m², is quietly located at the back of the apartment, away from the main street. It has several built-in wardrobes, plenty of natural light, and even two small balconies. The room is unfurnished! (not like the pictures) The apartment is fully furnished by us with all the essentials (kitchen utensils, wardrobe furniture, etc.). Additionally, there is a dishwasher, a cellar, free laundry facilities in the building, and a bike storage room. Migros, Coop, and Denner are located near the apartment, and the bus stops right in front of the door. About us: we are studying for our bachelor's and master's degrees at the University of Geneva, we love being active but also cooking together or playing games.
