- Monthly rent: CHF 815.- (maximum annual income: CHF 51,914.-).

1. Copy of your ID (front/back).
2. Recent extract (less than 3 months) from the Office of Debt Collection.
3. Health insurance subsidy certificate for 2025 or a declaration on honor confirming that you do not receive it.
4. Last three payslips.
5. Salary certificate 2024.
6. Last tax notice (2023) from cantonal and municipal taxes. (and not your tax return)
7. Bank certificate indicating the capital and interest for all your accounts as of 31.12.2024.
