DESCRIPTIONS
The room is approximately 13m2 in size, has two spacious built-in wardrobes and wooden flooring. Despite the rather small window, it is surprisingly bright and homely and is located in a beautiful, renovated old building apartment in the middle of the Länggassquartier. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station (Welle). Migros and Coop are practically around the corner. The apartment has a renovated bathroom and a large kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine). Unfortunately, there is no balcony, but there is a large, green seating area in the courtyard that is available to the whole house.
The room is rented unfurnished and is available immediately. Moving in later is also possible by arrangement.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An open, cheerful, and uncomplicated person as a roommate for our 3-person shared apartment. Age and gender are not important to us. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not welcome. WE ARE
We are Romy (main tenant, works in addiction support) and Linda (veterinarian). We like to be out and are not always in the shared apartment in the evenings and on weekends. When the opportunity arises, we like to sit together in the kitchen for a meal, but we also enjoy our peace. We are uncomplicated and communicate openly with each other. A reasonably clean and tidy apartment and the reliable completion of chores are important to us.
