I rent a furnished room with a private bathroom in a very nice 4.5-room apartment. Included in the price are: additional costs, a parking space, common rooms such as kitchen, living room, terrace with garden chairs and grill, garden, laundry room, Wi-Fi... My apartment is located in the municipality of Ballens in the Morges countryside, 10 km from Morges. Ten minutes from the Morges motorway entrance, the MBC station is a two-minute walk from the Morges station and the post bus. I am looking for a careful, friendly person who would like to rent for several months. Short-term rental is possible. I am available for further information. Available from June 1st, 2025
