My roommate is moving out, I am looking for a nice person to take over his room and also be on the rental lease with me for at least 1 year.

The apartment is spacious on the 2nd floor without an elevator, to share with 2 active men.
- 2 refrigerators, microwave, ...
-washing column and dryer
-No parking space
-No pets

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from Morges train station and all amenities.

Date to be agreed from May 1st.

Documents to be provided:
-Last 3 payslips
-Valid non-suit
-Identity card or residence permit

Rent 775 + 60 charges
Deposit 2 months rent
