Spacious and Bright Room for Rent in Zurich (Wollishofen) – Available from May 1st
Looking for a large, cozy, and budget-friendly room in Zurich? This might be the perfect place for you!
The Room
We're renting out a spacious private room with beautiful natural light, parquet flooring, and enough space for both work and relaxation (there's even a small home gym corner!). The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and storage – ideal for both students and professionals.
Thanks to the large windows, the room is bright throughout the day and offers a comfortable, quiet environment.
Rent: 630 CHF + utilities
Deposit required: 1,500 CHF to secure the room
Available from: May 1st
The Location
The apartment is located in Wollishofen, directly across from the last stop of tram line 7 – making it super convenient to reach the city center in just 15–20 minutes. Wollishofen is a peaceful, green area near the lake, with great access to parks, bike paths, supermarkets, and local shops. A great spot for anyone wanting a balance of tranquility and connectivity.
The Apartment
The apartment is a bit old, but this helps keep the rent very affordable by Zurich standards. It has shared common areas including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, entryway with coat racks, and additional storage. It's a simple and lived-in place, but with a good vibe and all essentials covered – as long as you're adaptable and relaxed.
The Flatmates
Currently living here:
• A 29-year-old PhD student
• A 32-year-old architect
• A 23-year-old master's student in economics
We are all guys, and ideally looking for someone in a similar age range who feels comfortable in a male and slightly older student/young professional environment. We are easygoing, sociable, respectful, and open-minded. We often share dinner together and enjoy chatting in the evenings.
We all speak Italian, but we're fine speaking English – though being able to speak Italian would be a plus!
We're looking for someone who is...
• Friendly and laid-back
• Respectful of shared spaces
• Open to integrating into the group
• Adaptable and easy to get along with
If you're interested, please send us a brief introduction about yourself (who you are, what you do, why you're moving to Zurich, interests/hobbies) so we can see if we're a good fit. If things align, we'll invite you for a visit or an online chat!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
