We are in Thailand for 2 months and are looking for someone who would like to use our 13.5 sqm room. Spacious living room and kitchen, ground floor with terrace, in a very quiet residential area and cooperative house. In the shared apartment live 2 roommates (24-year-old physiotherapist, 28-year-old doctoral student) and the cat Lampi.

7 min to the forest
10 min to the lake

24 min public transport to the main station

Furnished room: 1.4m wide bed, desk, shelf - we will clear out our clothes & books etc.

Apartment: Wi-Fi, ground floor terrace, dishwasher, WC/shower/bathtub, spacious living room, spacious kitchen, washing machine & dryer, bike cellar.

From April 14 evening you can move in until June 11.
Costs for the entire period are 1250.- including utilities. (625.-/month).

If you take responsibility for the cat (feed her 1-2 times a day, or mobilize the roommates or neighbors, and 2. contact us if she is not well) we can reduce the rent to 400.-/month, so 800.- for the entire period.
