We're a couple in our 30s looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to move in around September (flexible timing). Our long-time roommate is moving out, so we're hoping to find someone who's a good fit.

You'd have your own floor with 2 private rooms (bedroom + office/den/studio), and share a kitchen, family room, balcony, garden, laundry, cave, and garage/home gym. Parking available.

The house is spacious, with lake and mountain views, 10–12 min walk from La Conversion gare, and 2 min from vineyards. We live/work on another floor, so there's both privacy and good vibes.

Rent is 1300 CHF/month, all included.
