Single room for rent - 1024 Ecublens VD

Large room of about 15 m² in a shared apartment with a small balcony, ideal for a student. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, 4 minutes walk from Renens train station and 5 minutes from EPFL by metro. A Migros (open from 6am to 11pm) as well as a large Migros are three minutes away, just like the bus stop for line 33 (Epenex, Pont Bleu), located right at the foot of the building.
The kitchen and bathroom are to be shared with my roommate Marin, 25 years old.

Lease takeover starting mid-October, with guarantor or proof of solvency. The room includes a built-in wardrobe, but I can also sell the bed and the small wardrobe if needed.
The rental contract ends on 31.08.2026, and an extension could be considered by the management, subject to their agreement.
